The opportunity
Teamwork.com is seeking a creative and dynamic Content Marketing Manager to join our Brand team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging, value-added content that strengthens our brand’s voice, positioning and is highly relatable to our target audience. You will have an insight driven approach to content development with a proactive flair for discovering what truly interests or pains our core audience, and leverage it to build compelling content that educates, entertains and builds loyalty.
You will understand the power of building a community and engaging creators, spokespeople and fans to amplify our reach, leveraging their unique perspectives. If you have a knack for storytelling, a fun sense of humour, and a strategic approach to content, we’d love to meet you!
This role can be performed remotely in Ireland, UK, Spain or Poland.
What good looks like
The ideal candidate will be a bold, creative thinker who’s ready to push boundaries and bring on fresh, brave ideas to the B2B space—someone who’s tired of the ‘same old’ and excited to make standout, impactful work.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a content marketing role. Someone who is passionate about building great content to extend brand reach - No content for the sake of content!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create content across many different formats such as video, blog and social.
- Solid analytical and discovery skills looking at external and internal sources for content inspiration, turning them into actionable communications strategies that drive interest in the brand.
- Data-oriented with the ability to own your metrics, perform campaign analysis and derive insights to show brand program effectiveness and adjust levers for continuous optimisation
- A strong networker with the ability to identify, connect and mobilise content creators or partners, influencers, tech partners, employees, fans and others to fuel the distribution of our content and increase content co-creation efforts
- Ability to partner with relevant internal & external stakeholders to craft and tell a unique story about Teamwork.com’s competitive differentiation for prospects, existing customers, media, and employees
- Test & learn mindset with ability to create a programme from conception, gaining commitment and engaging stakeholders through the process
- Attention to Detail: Highly organised, with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Project and budget management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, eager to take initiative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and executing thought-leadership programs that elevate brand authority and engage target audiences.
- Experience developing or producing a podcast is a plus
- Strong understanding of YouTube and LinkedIn, with expertise in optimising content formats and strategies for each channel.
- Experience with tools to help create and scale content a bonus e.g. Letterdop, Submagic, CapCut
- B2B or B2C experience welcome - looking for how you work, not where you worked but SaaS or tech industry knowledge is a bonus!
What you can expect
As the Brand Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing a dynamic content strategy that aligns to and serves our brand goals and engages our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) in a hyper-relevant way. You will be results-driven, have a strong eye for creativity, a deep understanding of audience insights, and experience creating impactful, value-driven content across key strategic channels and platforms. This role will report to the Brand Lead.
Key responsibilities include:
Content Strategy Development
- Develop a data-driven brand content programme that is rooted in customer insights and industry trends, designed to drive awareness and establish our positioning in the market.
- Work with external and internal stakeholders and resources to establish core content pillars that reflect our brand values, product offerings, and customer needs, creating a foundation for scalable, impactful content.
Community Engagement & Content Partnerships
- Identify and engage potential content contributors (prospects, industry experts, employees, fans, customers) who can help elevate and expand the reach of our always-on content and partner on new initiatives.
- Activate this community to help spotlight and scale key campaign launches such as The Client campaign launches
Content Creation and Management
- Manage key always-on content programs such as an ICP content video series and thought-leadership content across key channels including YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Lead the content briefing & production process, working closely with creative, video & copywriting teams working to deliver best-in-class content that is built to drive results.
- Work with the Brand Lead to develop an organic and paid distribution strategy, reaching our ICP with the right content where they are.
- Become an expert in our product and audiences to create meaningful and actionable content that resonates with our target personas.
- You will also need to be hands-on in writing, editing and proofing content in multiple formats.
- Comfortable being the external face of content with on-camera experience or a willingness to step in front of the camera to bring our brand stories to life.
Channel and Distribution Strategy
- Work with the Brand Lead to develop a multi-channel distribution strategy, that ensures optimised reach and engagement across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Tailor content and formats in line with best practices and trends for each channel to maximise impact and engagement.
- Extend the reach of our existing and new content by identifying and extending distribution beyond our own channels including influencers, employees, marketing partnerships, community groups and more
Performance Measurement and Optimization
- Set, monitor, and report on core KPIs for content performance, assessing effectiveness, and making adjustments as necessary to continuously improve outcomes.
- Develop a monthly report for review with the Brand Lead & key stakeholders and look at opportunities and ways to optimise & scale content
Innovation and Best Practices
- Ensure content formats, structures, and creative assets meet industry best practices and leverage current content trends for maximum relevance and impact.
- Drive a culture of experimentation with emerging content formats, tools, and distribution methods.
- Ensure adherence to tone of voice, writing style guidelines, and brand messaging.
- Test and experiment with varying messaging and content tactics to constantly iterate based on what works best.
Collaborations and Partnerships
- Work closely with our Social Media Manager & Product Marketing to identify ICP sources, trends, thematics, pain points and opportunities in research and across social channels e.g. reddit, comments etc
- Collaborate with key delivery teams such as our Creative, Copy-writing & Video teams to drive best practice work
- Engage regularly with the broader org including Demand Generation, Product, Sales and Partners teams and other stakeholders to feed an effective content strategy.
