The opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Brand Campaigns Senior Specialist to join our team to help drive impactful, awareness building brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a bold, creative thinker who’s ready to push boundaries and bring on fresh, brave ideas to the B2B space—someone who’s tired of the ‘same old’ and excited to make standout, impactful work.  

This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in brand positioning, creative development and campaign management who’s eager to grow and make their mark during an exciting brand building period for Teamwork.com. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our campaigns reach the right audiences and make a lasting impression. A customer-centric approach, attention to detail, a good eye for great creative, and outcomes-focused planning are key attributes. This role will report to the Brand Lead.

What good looks like

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a brand marketing, campaign management, or similar role.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of brand measurement, media planning, creative processes, briefing and campaign lifecycle management.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, actionable briefs and present campaign ideas effectively.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage insights and turn them into actionable communications strategies. Comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking to optimise and report on campaign success.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organised, with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Project and budget management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, eager to take initiative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred 

  • Experience working with agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Background in supporting brand-building efforts on social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • B2B or B2C experience welcome - looking for how you work, not where you worked but SaaS or tech industry knowledge is a bonus.

What you can expect

Brand Strategy: 

  • Support the Brand Lead in activating the annual brand strategy, ensuring alignment with key objectives and measurable KPIs for impactful results.


Brand Research: 

  • Support with the development of research briefs and the management of brand research projects and messaging tests.
  • Interpret and distil findings to identify key insights that inform and enhance our brand positioning and campaign direction.


Campaign Briefing & Planning

  • Prepare clear briefs for both internal and external delivery teams (creative, copy & media), outlining campaign objectives, key messages, and clear creative direction.
  • Support media planning efforts, ensuring campaigns are optimised for reach and engagement across key platforms. 


Creative development: 

  • Work closely with internal and external creative & delivery teams to produce compelling creative that drives awareness, elevates our brand positioning and engages our target audience. 
  • Provide timely, best-in-class and consolidated feedback to ensure quality output that drives positive brand outcomes.


Campaign activation: 

  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels including internal, digital, social and traditional media, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. 
  • Develop a clear understanding of where our ICP are, how we reach them and help build a considered distribution and channel strategy to maximise campaign reach, effectiveness and engagement across relevant channels. 


Collaboration & Cross-Functional support

  • Act as day-to-day POC with internal and external stakeholders e.g. media or creative teams, keeping teams informed, feedback consolidated and campaign timelines on track. 
  • Work closely with teams including Social Media, Demand Generation, Content and Product Marketing to align campaign messaging and ensure a seamless brand experience across all channels.


Brand Standards 

  • Act as brand guardian guiding internal and external teams on our messaging framework and tone of voice to ensure campaign consistency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our external brand messaging and Company positioning, updating our messaging on key owned channels and reviewing what works and what could be improved across key customer touchpoints.


Measurement and Analysis 

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights and data to optimise future efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform brand decisions and identify growth opportunities.
