Course Description

Work goes through different stages and, a lot of the time, knowing what stage work is at is half the battle.

Hang on — what do we mean by stages? And fine, even if there are work stages (there are), can they really be standardized (they can). We’ll walk you through workflows 101 and show you how to set them up within your Teamwork account.

By the end of this training, you'll:

  • Understand workflows and identify the stages your team’s work goes through

  • Create a way to assign statuses to tasks.

  • Create a functioning board your team can immediately start using
